Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Professional fees
Our fees cover advisory, documentation and filing work. Each engagement's scope, fee and payment milestones are set out in its proposal or invoice.
2. Government fees and third-party charges
Government, portal, stamp-duty and certifying-authority fees (for example for DSC tokens) are paid on your behalf to those bodies and are generally not refundable by Servertra once paid.
3. Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel before we begin work, you may request a refund of professional fees paid. Any amount retained will be stated in your proposal.
4. Cancelling after work starts
Fees for work already completed, documents already prepared, or filings already submitted are not refundable. Any remaining balance is handled as set out in your proposal.
5. Government decisions
Approval of a scheme, registration, licence or certificate rests with the authority concerned. A rejection or delay by that authority is not, by itself, grounds for a refund of professional fees.
6. Technology projects
Website, app and software projects follow the milestones in their proposal. Milestones already delivered and accepted are not refundable.
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, invoice reference and reason. We will reply with the outcome and, where a refund applies, how it will be paid.
