1. Nature of Advisory Services
Servertra Advisory Pvt Ltd provides professional consulting, Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation, business registration guidance, documentation structuring, and technology solutions. We act as private advisors and consultants.
2. No Guarantee of Government Approvals
Client understands and explicitly agrees that statutory approvals, corporate name reservations, trademark grants, FSSAI licenses, and government scheme funding sanctions (such as SISFS, PMEGP, or State Grants) are solely determined by official government departments, banks, or evaluation committees. Servertra Advisory does not and cannot guarantee outcomes governed by statutory authorities.
3. Accurate Client Information
Clients are responsible for providing authentic, factual documentation and declarations. Any falsification of financial statements or turnover records provided by the client remains the sole legal liability of the client.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
